How to Find Life Worth Living

Jesus makes life worth living. So many people are searching for the real meaning of life. They pursue everything the world has to offer—whether it is money, pleasure, fame, or materialism. Even if they attain these things they find they are still just as empty as before.

Jesus said, “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?” (Mark 8:36).  You can gain many things and still lose the most important thing—your soul. God cares so much for your soul that He sent His only begotten Son to die for your sins in your place.

The gift of eternal life is free. Really it is as easy as “ABC” to find life worth living.

Admit that your sin separates you from a Holy God. “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).

Believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again to pay for your sins. “God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8).

Confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, repenting from your sin. Repenting means to turn from your sin and toward the Lord." If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9).

Right now you can be saved. Just pray this prayer sincerely from your heart.

“Dear God I realize that I am a sinner. I believe that Your Son Jesus Christ died for my sins, was buried, and rose again. I now turn from my sin and, by faith, receive You as my personal Lord and Savior. Come into my heart, forgive my sins, and save me, Lord Jesus. In Your name I pray, Amen.”
